Walnuts...Amazing Superfood
* warming in nature, sweet flavor
* can reduce inflamation and alleviate pain
* they moisten the lungs and intestines, and help alleviate coughing and wheezing
* they nourish kidneys/adrenals and brain
* they enrich sperm
* treat impotency
* help treat cold and painful back and knees
Don't eat too many walnuts if you get hot easily or if you have chronic loose stools

Wounded Healer
I am definitely a wounded healer. Healing comes from within. The healthy whole person is already within me and I keep reminding my patients/clients that they are already whole. I need to remember that for myself. What are things we can do this week to be good to ourselves. Let's see.
Take a nap. I have a free afternoon and I am going to take a nap right now.
Make art. That's why I was put on this planet.
Say positive affirmations.
Everything that is happening is meant to be as it is
I am blessed.
My talents will bring me money
I am surrounded by love
Cook healthy meals for myself and spend money on good healthy food even though I am poor. You are what you eat.
Drink lots of water. I need to do more of that.
Remind myself that I am good just the way I am.
